Terms and Conditions for Arokk Facility Management Services

Introduction

Welcome to Arokk Facility Management Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

Arokk offers a range of facility management services, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, security, landscaping, and other related services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the service agreement signed by both parties.

Service Agreement

A separate service agreement will outline the scope of work, pricing, and duration of services. This agreement must be signed before any work commences. The terms in the service agreement are binding and take precedence over any other communications.

Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The client must provide Arokk staff with safe and adequate access to the premises where services are to be performed.
  • Utilities: The client is responsible for providing necessary utilities such as water and electricity to facilitate the services.
  • Work Environment: The client must ensure that the work environment is safe and free from hazards.

Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement.
  • Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
  • Late Payments: Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel the services with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Fees for services performed up to the date of cancellation will apply.
  • Termination by Arokk: Arokk reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in the service agreement or these Terms and Conditions.

Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: Arokk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
  • Insurance: Arokk maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for its operations. Clients should notify Arokk immediately of any incidents that may give rise to a claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the service provision. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.

Changes to Terms

Arokk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
