  1. I/We agree that Arokk will provide the requested services, and I/we authorize Arokk to carry out service payments as instructed from my/our account.
  2. The User/payer confirms that the debit/credit card details provided for the service(s) are accurate and owned lawfully by them. The User/payer undertakes to provide valid and accurate debit/credit card information.
  3. Arokk will take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information published on its site. Arokk and any other names referenced on the Arokk website are the intellectual property of Arokk Private Limited.
  4. The content on the Arokk website cannot be reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Arokk Private Limited. You agree that the material and content provided by the Arokk website is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.
  5. If your device does not meet the minimum requirements, you may not be able to use certain services or access certain information on the website.
  6. Arokk reserves the right to suspend, change, or alter any part of the service offered on the website without prior notice or reason.

  8. Arokk’s rights, obligations, and undertakings are subject to the laws in force in India. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall derogate Arokk’s right to comply with any law enforcement agency’s requests or requirements relating to any User’s use of the website or information provided to or gathered by Arokk regarding such use.
  9. If the user/payer pays in foreign currency, the exchange rate will reference xe.com or any other applicable rates. The payment gateway handles currency conversion, and Arokk is not liable for any related issues.
  10. Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: If the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage linked to the Website experiences server issues like ‘slow down,’ ‘failure,’ or ‘session timeout,’ the User should check the payment status with their bank before initiating another payment.
  11. If the amount appears debited, do not make the payment twice and immediately check the payment status. If the amount is not debited, the User may initiate a new transaction.
  12. Arokk and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability for any monetary or other damages suffered by the user due to:
    • delays, failures, interruptions, or corruption of data transmitted in connection with the Payment Gateway or Services; and/or
    • unauthorized use of information transmitted by the User.
  13.   The User agrees that any communication sent by email implies the release of information to the Payment Gateway. The User consents to be contacted via email regarding such communications.
